Spring Cleaning
As temperatures in Europe drop, I'm putting this trip on ice and parking Strom Bombadil for a little while. While he hibernates, I've returned to the Bay, only briefly, to move out of my apartment, see friends, and divest myself of most earthly possessions. Devastatingly, I've sold my beloved sidecar, Ural Sharpturn. So if you want a sweet deal on a frighteningly powerful microwave, rickety bedframe, or gordian knot of USB and HDMI cables, hit me up.
Strom Bombadil is a great bike, but I'm excited to be back with my main squeeze, Hobbes the F800GS. And after 124 days, 11 countries, and 15,000km in the saddle, I'm also happy to just chill and play video games for a few weeks with my side piece, Ruth. I built her during the early days of quarantine, like my own version of the critically acclaimed 1985 film, Weird Science.
On Feb. 1st, Hobbes and I will be heading to Mexico for a few months. We'll start with Baja and just see where we go from there.
